As a midwife with over 4 years experience of newborn photography, my passion and expertise is rooted in providing you memories that you will treasure for the Reminder of your lifetime.
My expertise in working with newborns renders me as very relaxed and comfortable in safely handling your baby and knowing how to navigate the sometimes ‘unsettled’ side of newborn photography.
My first aim always is your baby’s safety and comfort. If you’re looking for someone to unnaturally pose your baby with port support of their head, then please know that I am absolutely not the photographer for you. Your baby will be handled with care and warmth within my studio, with all photography aligned to that natural side of parenthood and the newborn period. This will further ensure a true and loving reflection of this moment in your lives, and provide you with images that you will not only love, but that will take you back to that very short memory of your baby being so small.

I offer an approx 3-4 turn around as a guaranteed, but generally am able to get albums to my lovely families within a couple of weeks

I don't limit your photos and therefore I can't give an exact. Most families are provided with galleries of 200-300 photos. If there's more, then there will be more. At no extra fee. How am I to hold back your photos?!

Please don’t worry. Babaies are babies and we have no control over that and I completely get it. I’m a registered midwife also and so I’m very used to babies and will be on hand to settle little one and help you with feeding as much as your require. We'll get there in the end, I promise.

I highly recommend lights, neutrals, creams, browns and non-patterned clothing for your photos. Also, if possible, try to coordinate with others within your group. It really does make such a difference.

Please, please, please don't worry! I would argue that 80% of my families/ couples claim to be 'statues', but trust me we will get there! Together we'll create a session relaxed and fun that goes at your own pace, and at the needs of your family- I'll just be there clicking! I will also provide guidance as how to get the right shots and work with you to document your family however reflects them best.
